Don't buy from these people — that's my conclusion, and I'm glad my bank stepped in. I ordered a Karcher pressure washer and then, for about four weeks, no useful reply. I sent multiple emails, phoned for hours, got told repeatedly they didn't know where the order was and that someone would call back. Nobody did. Phone staff seemed lost and rude when I pressed them, like they didn't have a clue. Compared to other retailers I've used, this was low quality. In the end I had to report it as fraud to my credit card and the charge was reversed, so relieved, but still annoyed.
