I first noticed this floor cleaner at my neighbour’s place and actually tipped my sister to get one too — looked slick, worked great. Then, yeah, it flaked out a couple times during the warranty; wheels stopped spinning, same issue a few times, annoying. I called support, they fixed it twice, and the third time it was just past warranty and they wanted €137. I pushed back, escalated things, spoke to the right person and finally they sorted a reasonable solution — not perfect, but that moment when they agreed to help felt like a proper win. So now it runs fine and I’m using it daily, happy I didn’t give up. Would recommend, just be ready to follow up.

Halfway through stripping the patio I remember why I bought this — bad back from a recent move, needed something that actually does the work so I didn’t have to bend and wrestle with a stubborn hose. The unit is solid-feeling, a bit heavier than I expected but that weight is reassuring when you’re pushing it across old concrete. Controls are straightforward, the trigger has a short travel and the spray is consistent, so the job got done faster than I thought. I did have to shrug at the company policy though — repair costs and vague warranty terms made me wary up front, and they don’t really help you fix things yourself. Still, once it ran it kept running, and I’m grudgingly pleased with how well it cleaned. Not perfect, there are quirks, but it’s practical and saved my back, which was the point.

will it actually do the whole job without me wiping? That doubt kept me waiting months. Eventually I caved and ordered a bundle — the window vac plus a shop vac because hey, two for the price... Out of the box it looked and felt solid. The rubber lip fits nicely, emptying the little water tank is simple, and the battery lasted longer than I figured it would. That actually surprised me, in a good way. But then, using it on my big kitchen window showed faint streaks unless I ran a microfibre over the edges afterwards — so the “no streaks” promise didn't hold up fully. I wasn't thrilled about that, no. I won't bother returning it — too much time — but I'm more wary now. Also, bonus oddity: the box had that "leave a review" card and when I tried to post a negative one on their site later it never showed up. Makes you question the glowing scores.
