ServiceI recently had a bit of a mix-up with my order and needed some help from customer support, eh. I somehow found myself on the American version of the website, and had a hard time getting back to the Canadian site, ya know. The customer support representative was super understanding and patient with me. Even though I'm not that great with computers, he stayed on the phone with me until I finally made it to the Canadian website. I really appreciated his helpful and polite attitude the whole time, and his service was top-notch, for sure.
