CommunicationThis company's customer service is honestly horrible. I've been trying to buy something and use my credits, but I keep running into problems. The phone number on the website doesn't even work in my area, and there's no other way to get in touch. It's really unprofessional and annoying. I've seen other people having the same problem, so it's not just me. I want a direct way to talk about my account issues.
