Returns & RefundsI just bought 5 sets of Valentine's cards for my grandkids to give out at their parties. The first 3 sets came real quick, which was great! But the other 2 sets came late even though I ordered them a month ago. One of the cards that was supposed to glow doesn't really glow much, and I'm worried it won't work at all next year. I tried to get a refund when I saw the cards were late, but customer service wasn't very helpful. They said I could only get a refund if I sent the cards back. But since they were just left in my mailbox without needing a signature, I didn't even know they were there. Customer service didn't really try to help me out.
