Returns & RefundsFirst time ordering from this place, was looking forward to the summer sale. Got my order, but the clothes didn't fit properly and the colors were pretty boring. Found out that they don't do refunds, only store credit, which was a letdown. Definitely not going to shop here again.

Returns & RefundsThe customer service is alright, but not having free returns or exchanges really ruins the whole shopping vibe. Be prepared to pay around $20 for shipping if you want to return or exchange something, which is annoying. The clothes are nice, but the quality isn't great - the zipper on the dress I got broke right away. They did give me store credit when I sent them photos of the messed up dress, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
