ServiceBought a couple of front-zip sweaters because I just moved into a drafty place and my lower back flares up when I'm cold, so I needed something I could layer fast. At first I was pretty sure the fabric felt cheap and I was ready to return them, delivery was actually super quick which surprised me. I messaged customer service and they were surprisingly helpful — offered a discount instead of a full return, so I kept them. Still not premium, but fine overall for now.
