TrackingI bought this bracelet and necklace set for my granddaughter's 21st birthday! It's been a full week now, but it's still showing as "Processing" on my account. I inquired about it and received a dull response. I really like their shiny jewelry, but this customer service is making me roll my eyes. I should have purchased it somewhere else because now it won't arrive in time for her special day. I'm so disappointed, I definitely won't be shopping here again!
