I recently bought a pair of earrings and a necklace set online, and I was supposed to receive a free gift with my purchase. However, when my package arrived, the gift bags were all messed up, the box was falling apart, and to top it off, there was no free gift included! When I contacted customer service about it, they basically told me tough luck. Seriously? If you make an offer, you should honor it! I'm really disappointed, so I've decided to return everything and shop somewhere else. They definitely don't deserve my money.

I ordered two bracelets with 24-hour tracked delivery. The next day, only one arrived. I reached out to customer service and got a quick email response within 10 minutes. They informed me that the missing bracelet was mistakenly sent to the Isle of Man. They are replacing it for free with a new order number.
