ServiceAbout a month ago, I bought the Spirit Bear Runner V.2 and I gotta say, I'm really impressed by the beautiful design, great fit, and high quality. The customer service was excellent - Genesis got back to my emails right away the next day. Tracking my order was easy. Exchanging for a different size was a piece of cake, plus they offered free shipping. The only drawback was that it took a little longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive.
