CommunicationHey there, so I work as an interior designer and I bought some chairs for one of my design clients from Industry West not too long ago. And you know what? The whole customer service experience was just so disappointing. After we placed the order, they told my client that they needed more information, which we gave right away. But then, even though we tried reaching out through email every day for three days to see what was going on with the order, we didn't hear back at all. Because of their poor communication and bad customer service, we ended up deciding to cancel the order. I've been working in this industry for years, and I've never come across such unprofessional behavior.
