Wrong address, wrong follow-up

Delivery

I opened the tracking thinking three weeks was reasonable, but it landed at a post office two hours away because Indochino apparently gave DHL the wrong address. Not the one on our order, not the one we provided — so that was the first annoying bit. My husband called the Tigard store and the salesperson was curt, actually rude, and didn't help; then Indochino had us chase DHL and the post office for answers. The post office said the only thing they could do was return-to-sender for an incorrect address. We asked for a refund and cancelled the order after talking to multiple agents — DHL, USPS, Indochino — and we still don't have a clear resolution. I never even tried the suit, so I can't comment on the fabric or fit, which is frustrating for an $800 purchase. We've used other online tailors with smoother service. Small mistakes happen, but the follow-up matters. Here it just felt unprofessional and slow, so I can't recommend them based on this experience.
