Custom suit order
Custom suit order
CommunicationI ordered a custom suit not too long ago and had a bunch of problems with it. The fit was all off and they didn't have the fabric I wanted, so I didn't have many options. I tried getting in touch with them through email, voicemail, and chat, but I still haven't gotten a good fix for my problems. I wouldn't suggest going with this company based on how things went for me.
Wedding party suit delay
Wedding party suit delay
CommunicationI bought a suit, shirt, and bow for a wedding more than a month ago. I've shopped there before, so they already had my measurements. But now my order is on hold with no explanation, and I don't know if I'll get the suit in time for the wedding. It's frustrating and disappointing that they're not keeping me in the loop.

CommunicationMy experience ordering a wedding suit was really disappointing, eh? I had such high hopes for the quality and service, but it didn't live up to what I wanted at all. I waited for 5 months and had to deal with customer service a bunch of times, eh, and even went to the showroom twice before my suit was finally remade, eh. But even after all that, it still didn't have the right features and wasn't tailored properly, eh. It was so frustrating and took up so much time that shouldn't have been necessary, eh. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, eh.
