I signed up for a discount but they said it wasn't valid, what a rip-off! Customer service talked over me and didn't listen, terrible service. I told them I won't be back.

I just bought a stainless steel water bottle from this company, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. I had a little problem with the product, not even their fault, but the person I talked to handled it with kindness and know-how. And let me tell you, the bottle itself is great quality - I use it all the time and it works perfectly. Yeah, it was a bit pricey, but the amazing service I got definitely made it worth the money. All in all, I'm one happy and thankful customer.

So, eh, I ordered two water bottles on Black Friday for Christmas, eh? And, like, one of them was wrong so I had to talk to them a lot to get the right one, and it took forever so I just got my money back. Not cool, dude.

I had a problem with the lid of my water bottle leaking, so I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out. They got back to me right away and asked for some more info. I gave them what they needed, and within a week, I got a new lid sent to me. I was super impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went down with the customer service team.

The package didn't show up when it was supposed to, which was a huge pain 'cause I really needed it right away. Even though I was promised it would come on time, I got a last-minute message saying there were problems at the warehouse and it wouldn't ship 'til Monday, even though I ordered it well in advance. And when I asked for a refund since I never got the item, I was told it wasn't an option. So now, I'm stuck with no bottle and no money. And to top it off, when I called to ask about the situation, the person I spoke to accused me of stealing the bottle! The customer service I got was totally unacceptable, and now I'm feeling super frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
