Returns & RefundsThat return policy is just awful, no doubt. I bought something and it was a dud, but get this - I had to foot the bill for return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault. And get this, the item I got wasn't even on the list for returns according to their site, which is just nuts. Plus, a measly 30 days to return it and it has to be unused? Give me a break. What a letdown!

Returns & RefundsI tried to make a warranty claim for my stainless steel water bottle that's only 2 months old, but they said they can't ship to Canada! I sent all the photos and info they asked for, even included my receipt. What else can I do to get a new lid?
