CommunicationMy experience with this candle company was just terrible, eh. My partner got roped into buying something extra we didn't need, and when we wanted to cancel it, the customer service folks gave us the cold shoulder, eh. Our order was magically labeled as "shipped" right after we made it in the middle of the night, and to make matters worse, they threw in a winter candle when it's now springtime, without even asking us first, eh. The way this company doesn't communicate and treat their customers properly is just awful. Be careful of their sneaky ways, eh.
