ServiceI am really bummed that when my water bottle broke, I couldn't get any help. I tried reaching out but no one called me back. I buy all kinds of bottles from this company and I thought I'd get better service. Why didn't anyone help me fix it? 😢

ServiceI got this really cool bottle back in February and it was amazing. It seemed super durable and like it would be around for a long time. Setting it up was a breeze and it worked perfectly with all my apps. The lid ended up breaking, but when I reached out, they sent me a replacement really quickly. This company is great, the bottle is fantastic, and it's clear they value good customer service.
