I recently bought the Bakuchiol Serum and Firming Eye Cream from this brand when they were on sale. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that the items I wanted were missing. I contacted customer service through the website and thankfully, they were in the same country. It took a few days, but they fixed the issue by sending me the correct products with FedEx and letting me keep the ones that were mistakenly sent.
The Bakuchiol Serum makes my skin super soft the next day, and the Firming Eye Cream hydrates my sensitive under-eye area without any irritation. Even though the products are a bit pricey, their quality makes them worth it. I do wish they had a deal or rewards program for loyal customers to make buying both products more affordable.
