I recently bought the Bakuchiol Serum and Firming Eye Cream from this brand when they were on sale. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that the items I wanted were missing. I contacted customer service through the website and thankfully, they were in the same country. It took a few days, but they fixed the issue by sending me the correct products with FedEx and letting me keep the ones that were mistakenly sent.
The Bakuchiol Serum makes my skin super soft the next day, and the Firming Eye Cream hydrates my sensitive under-eye area without any irritation. Even though the products are a bit pricey, their quality makes them worth it. I just bought some skincare stuff from this company and I am so happy with how it worked for me. Bachuiol serum
I picked up this purple serum the other day and it was actually pretty good. It felt nice going on, but unfortunately it made my skin a bit itchy so I had to discontinue use. It absorbed well and had a nice cooling sensation. However, I later found out they only tested it on younger women, so who knows if it actually works for older gals like me. I tried reaching out to them via email and Instagram, but they never got back to me. Oh well, looks like I'll have to find a different serum to use.
