DeliverySo, I bought some skincare products from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, their products are pretty nice. But man, their delivery and customer support could use some work, ya know? I paid for 2-day shipping, yet my order was already delayed. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the delay, I didn't hear anything back from them. Kinda sucks to see such poor communication and customer service, especially when other companies can handle these kinds of problems way better.
