Camera repair and temporary replacement
Camera repair and temporary replacement
ServiceMy recent trip to the store was amazing! I had to get my camera fixed and needed a temporary replacement while it was in the shop. Even though the store doesn't usually rent out cameras, the staff were so helpful and gave me a few options to choose from. In just three days, I had a replacement camera ready for me to use for my photography work, which made everything super easy. What really stood out to me was how well they treated me - the next week, the Manager remembered my name and came to help me again. Bastien was especially great, he was so attentive and supportive. Even though I'm not a pro, he made sure I left with a camera that was just right for me. It's not often you find such top-notch service nowadays, and I really appreciate all their help. Bastien even went the extra mile by keeping me updated on my camera's status - it really showed how much he cared. Overall, my experience at the store was fantastic and I'll definitely be back for all my camera needs in the future.
Photo book kiosk assistance
Photo book kiosk assistance
ServiceWhen I went to Henry's in Barrie to make a photo book at the kiosk, Matt McCartie helped me out the whole time. It was a bit confusing at first, but with Matt's help, it became a lot easier to handle. I really appreciate his support and guidance during the whole process.

ServiceI just got a ton of camera gear from Henrys, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! I spent over ten grand, but it was totally worth it. The staff there are so professional and really know their stuff. Plus, if you shoot them an email, they might even give you a sweet deal! Isn't that incredible? I'm already looking forward to my next purchase with them!
Passport photos for my son with Autism
Passport photos for my son with Autism
ServiceI just want to say a big thank you to the staff member at the Thornhill store location. Jeff, the guy there, really went out of his way to make sure my son, who has Autism, had a good experience taking his passport photos. He was so patient and understanding the whole time, which meant the world to us. He even gave us an extra set of photos for free, just in case the first ones didn't pass the government's strict rules. It was such a kind gesture that really touched our hearts. We'll definitely be coming back to this store and will be telling our friends about it, especially those with kids who have special needs.

ServiceI just bought a camera lens from this store and I have to say, the staff there really knew their stuff and were super helpful. They gave me all the info I needed to make a smart choice. They had a great selection of lenses and the store was nice and tidy. Only downside was the prices were a bit higher than other places around here. But all in all, I had a good shopping experience and would think about coming back for more stuff in the future.
Camera repair service
Camera repair service
ServiceI recently went to the camera repair service at the store in Kanata, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I took my camera in last April because there were water droplets on the rear screen and I was hoping for a quick and proper fix. But, after waiting over two and a half months to get my camera back, I was pretty let down. Most of the water stains were gone, but there were still marks left on the top and side of the screen. I sent it back for more repairs, but when it finally came back about three months later, the rear screen had been replaced with a beat-up, scratched one that didn't fit properly. Despite me explaining the issue, the camera kept coming back from the repair shop without the problem being fixed. After not having my camera for seven to eight months, I decided to just give up on the repairs because it felt like a lost cause. Throughout this whole ordeal, the lack of interest and communication from the staff at the store was so frustrating and unprofessional. They kept using the wrong email address for me, even though I tried to correct it, which just showed a level of incompetence that I can't accept from a reputable store. Overall, my experience with the camera repair service at Henry's has been pretty disappointing, and I definitely won't be going back there.
My camera lens

ServiceI was so excited to receive my new camera lens from Henrys, but man was I let down. I waited forever and had to bug them like 4 times just to find out where my package was. I even went to their store in Toronto to talk to them in person, and they were so rude to me! They made me feel like my lens was worthless and not worth their time. Like, come on, I needed it for school, okay? Don't judge me for trying to save money! And then they made it really difficult for me to get any updates on my order. Ugh, I'm never buying from them again.

ServiceHenry's has always been my go-to store for camera gear and help. I've been a loyal customer for years and had a great experience at the Burlington, Ontario location recently. The staff, especially Laura, really knew their stuff and gave me a hand with my purchases and questions. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the info I needed, even checking with her co-workers when she wasn't sure about something. It's not often you come across such dedicated and helpful folks in retail, so I really recommend this store to anyone in need of camera gear or advice. Big shoutout to Laura for her awesome customer service and knowledge.
