ProductI ordered a used camera case from Henry's, thinking I was scoring a good deal. But when it arrived, it was all scratched up and not working properly at all. The receipt didn't even match what I thought I paid for, which made me wonder if they sent me the wrong thing altogether. On top of all that, it took more than two weeks just to process my order, and I had to bug customer service multiple times to get any answers. The only silver lining was the customer service reps themselves, even though they were pretty slow to respond. It seems like Henry's is just trying to unload their shoddy goods by slapping a "used" label on them and tricking unsuspecting customers like me.
