It's been well over two months now since I placed my order, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried messaging them several times but haven't heard back about where my order is at. I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and how long it's taking to get my order. Now I'm worried that if I ask for a refund, it'll just be another long wait.

CommunicationI took my camera lens to Henrys for repair not too long ago, and I gotta be honest, I'm super let down with how things have played out since then. It's been 6 whole months since I dropped off my lens, forked out $300, and I haven't heard a single peep about what's going on with it. I've been bugging them constantly, shooting off emails and giving them a ring, but I'm met with absolute radio silence every time. The lack of info and communication on Henrys' end is beyond frustrating. I'm left in the dark about the status of my lens, whether it's been fixed, or even how I can get it back. I feel pretty stuck and lost on how to get a hold of them and snag my lens back. It's a real bummer to shell out my hard-earned cash for a service that claims to know their stuff, only to be met with nothing but silence and no one taking responsibility.

I brought in my camera for a fix and had to keep calling multiple times for two weeks just to get an update. It was really frustrating because I was put on hold for so long every time, and the info I got was all over the place. When I finally heard back, I was surprised to find out that the repair cost was way more than what the store clerk initially told me. The lack of clear info and communication made the whole thing a total nightmare.

CommunicationSo, I recently bought a lens from Henry's, or so I thought. It took forever for my order to arrive, so I decided to check in on the status. Turns out, Henry's had no record of my order, even though I showed them the confirmation email. Pretty annoyed with their lack of organization, I told them I didn't want the lens anymore and found a better option somewhere else. But then, Henry's reached out to tell me they actually did send the lens that I supposedly never ordered. Now, I'm stuck with this lens I didn't want and they aren't communicating properly. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Henry's, like that one time they charged me for two lenses by mistake. Needless to say, I don't trust their services as much anymore.
