I recently had a disappointing experience with the company when I needed to return a product, eh. Despite their promises, I've been waiting for over a month for my refund, and the customer service has not been helpful, eh. I'm thinking of taking steps to make sure I get my refund because this wait ain't cool, you know. After checking out other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one going through this annoying situation. I won't be buying anything from this company again, that's for sure.

I recently bought something from this company and when I got it, the batteries inside were all corroded, so it didn't work right from the get-go. I was really let down because I had high hopes for this company. To make things worse, when I reached out to customer service to send back the broken item and get a new one, they made me pay for the return shipping and the replacement. Not only that, they said I wouldn't get a refund for the return shipping, which really made me mad and disappointed. I've had much better experiences with other companies that actually care about their customers and make sure they're happy. This whole thing has made me regret buying from this company and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Oh my goodness, everyone needs to steer clear of this store! They totally scammed me! I bought this amazing pre-lit fir tree as a present, but quickly changed my mind and cancelled the order. They went ahead and shipped it anyways! I was beyond frustrated, but they just told me to return it for a refund. So I did, but get this - they only gave me back some of my money and pocketed the rest! Unbelievable! I even packaged it up super securely and they still won't give me the full refund. I'm not going to let this slide, I'm going to keep complaining until they sort out this whole situation.

I recently bought this really big storage trunk from a store and I have to say, it really didn't impress me. When I was ordering on their website, it was so confusing and kind of a hassle. They made me pay a "handling" fee along with the shipping cost, which just felt like an extra charge for no reason. It took forever for them to even send it out. And when I tried to return it, the website made it so hard and took forever. It seemed like they were purposely dragging it out. They told me they were only just starting to process returns from a whole month ago, which I think is totally unacceptable. Overall, the customer service was honestly the worst and I really don't think I'll shop there again.

So I picked up this rechargeable fan because I didn't want to deal with cords cluttering everything, you know? But then it up and died on me, and when I tried to get a replacement, they tried to slip in this sneaky fee. They promise 100% satisfaction and a lifetime warranty, but let me tell you, that's a load of garbage! I called customer service, but all they did was dodge my questions and refuse to let me speak to a manager. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers! I've already shelled out half of the cost for the replacement, which is so not cool. I'm steaming mad, I tell you! Total injustice, man!

The return process at this place is taking forever and it's really annoying. I gave back something two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service people told me there's a bunch of returns to deal with right now, which is not cool. It shouldn't be this hard to get my refund sorted out, and I'm pretty bummed out about the whole experience.
