Hammacher Schlemmer - Reviews and experiences

So I thought I was being all smart by grabbing some Bluetooth headphones for my hubby's birthday, but boy was I wrong! I ordered them way ahead of time, but they never even bothered sendin' them out. Dealing with their customer service was like pullin' teeth, and now they're tellin' me they don't even have the darn headphones in stock. Waste of time and money, if you ask me. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to shop.

Bought some Christmas decorations and when I got them, half of the items were missing, eh. No one even bothered to give me a call and explain it. The first lady I talked to in customer service just straight up hung up on me, so I called back, and the second lady said she'd send the missing stuff. Too bad she couldn't tell me when 'cause her computer was acting slow. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they were too busy, eh. I'm not spending my money there again, that's for sure.

Man, let me tell you about the shipping and delivery service from this company - it's absolutely brutal. They take days just to get your order out the door, and then they use some delivery service that can't even give you a solid delivery date. It's like, what's the point of paying for shipping if they can't come through on their end of the deal, right? Honestly, I wish I never ordered from them and you can bet I won't be doing it again.

I am so disappointed with my recent purchase of holiday crackers from your company. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my full order. I paid for two sets of crackers but only got one. The second set seems to be lost somewhere in shipping, and when I tried to get help from your customer service team, they couldn't (or wouldn't) reach out to FedEx to find it. Right now, I'm still waiting for my third shipment. This kind of service is just not acceptable nowadays. I haven't even had the chance to use the product yet, but I felt like I had to say something. After this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering from your company again.
