I was actually quite surprised by the customer service I got from this company, even though they're in the US. Being an international customer, I was a bit nervous about ordering, but I'm really happy I did. My first order got lost, but when I contacted them, they quickly sent a replacement. It arrived just in time for Halloween, and then the original package showed up the next day. I sent back the extra package without any issues. I have to say, I was pretty impressed with how they dealt with everything and made sure I got my order in time for the holiday.

The selection of costumes at this store is amazing and the prices are really good, making it a great spot to get everything you need for Halloween. But what I really love about this place is the incredible customer service. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they really go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great shopping experience. It's rare to find such fantastic service these days in stores. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I really love shopping here for my costumes! The selection is awesome and the customer service is super helpful. They're always there when I need them, and that means a lot to me. Also, they're open all year round, so I can get costumes for more than just Halloween. I even use them for Storybook Character Day at school, and they always come through. They are honestly the best!
