My experience with this company was terrible. I got my order and it was all messed up, couldn't even wear it. When I called customer service, they said I took too long to contact them and told me they wouldn't fix it or give me my money back. That's not right, it goes against the Consumer Law. They didn't seem to care at all. They said even if I had called earlier, I'd still have to pay to send back the messed-up stuff and also pay a restocking fee of 18%. It was a big waste of money and time, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Oh my goodness, this company is just awful! I bought a Halloween costume that was all messed up. I sent it back, and they said they'd give me my money back, but my bank hasn't seen anything. They're refusing to give me a refund at all. I'm going to have to take legal action against them.

I ordered some wings and a costume from this website. When my order arrived, the straps were snapped and there were holes in the costume and wings! I tried to contact the company but had to follow up after no response. They said they would give me a refund or send a new outfit, but then stopped responding. When they finally got back to me, they said they wouldn't do anything because they weren't informed about the problem. I showed them my emails and call logs as evidence, but they still said no. It's really disappointing, I'll buy from somewhere else next time.
