ProductThe clothes I ordered were the worst, especially the shorts - my boyfriend immediately noticed how bad they were when I tried them on. I sent them back right away. The shirts were a bit better, but one of them shrank and looked all worn out after just one wash, even though I followed the care instructions exactly. When I contacted customer service and sent them pictures as requested, they said they couldn't take the item back or give me a refund because it had already been washed. I tried to explain that I was careful with the clothes and followed all the rules, but they just stuck to their strict policy without any care or understanding. It's really annoying to have spent my money on such low-quality stuff.
