Groceries Apparel - Reviews and experiences

I had a really bad experience with this company. I've emailed them a bunch of times but haven't heard back about my order. It's been super frustrating, especially since I was really excited to support them. Unfortunately, I don't trust them to give good service anymore, so I won't be buying from them again. It sucks to leave a negative review, but the lack of communication and overall experience was just not okay.

Honestly, the service at this place is a total joke. I've been waiting for my order for over three weeks and still haven't gotten any updates. The website says it takes 5-7 days to process an order, but that's clearly not true. It's been way longer than that, and I'm starting to worry if I'll ever get my stuff. The lack of communication from this company is so frustrating.

The clothes at the store had a really cool, simple look that caught my attention, so I decided to buy something right away. But then I started reading some online reviews that weren't so great, and it made me a bit worried. It took a few days for customer service to get back to me, which made me lose my cool a bit. But when they finally did, they were super helpful and nice. My clothes arrived after about two and a half weeks, and they are so comfy and soft. I really love them and would totally think about buying from here again in the future.
