I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this online store. I got a small empty box instead of what I actually ordered, and now it's stuck in customs. Also, when I tried to contact customer service on WhatsApp, they didn't reply. This whole thing has made me feel so frustrated and like I've been lied to.

I ordered something from this place, but it never arrived. I tried to inquire about it through WhatsApp, but all they replied with was "Hello." Like, seriously? 😠 I eventually decided to just get a refund from Paypal. I feel like this place is either super disorganized or straight up trying to rip people off.
