CommunicationI recently ordered a new backpack online and I was really excited. But then I noticed I entered the wrong address! I sent an email right away, but they didn't reply until after the backpack had already been shipped! Not cool, man. I was freaking out about the possibility of my backpack getting lost in the mail. They eventually said there was nothing they could do even though it hadn't been delivered yet. Seriously, what's the deal with that?! This was definitely not a good customer service experience. Be cautious with this brand, they don't seem to care about you once they have your money.
