ServiceI recently bought some jewelry from this site, and I was really disappointed with my experience. I got two packages, but one of them only had one earring instead of the pair I ordered. I tried contacting customer service through their contact form and live chat, but they didn't seem too concerned. The person I talked to didn't really take my problem seriously and I had to wait a long time for a response. When you spend a lot of money on fancy brands, you expect better customer service. It's frustrating to deal with such a careless response to a real problem.

ServiceI really wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought those $500 rings from that store. The customer service was just awful, they never got back to me when I had questions. Even on social media, all I got was a generic message saying my complaint was passed on to the boss. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from that store.
