ProductI got a necklace from here and I couldn't even open the clasp. I called to return it and they had to send me a video on how to open it. If you need a video to open a clasp, it's definitely time for a redesign! The gems are so small, you need a magnifying glass to see them. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

ProductOh man, let me tell you about the jewelry I got... the clasps were just terrible! They kept getting stuck and were a pain to open and close. And don't get me started on how quickly the jewelry tarnished and the necklaces always getting tangled. Such a waste of money, for sure.
