Returns & RefundsSo, I was all excited about this bracelet I bought, right? I only wore it for about an hour before it straight up fell off and disappeared! I was fuming because it was supposed to have a fancy clasp, but clearly it was a fail. I called customer service to complain, but they basically told me too bad so sad because they don't do replacements for lost items. I spent a bunch of my allowance on their products, and they can't even do me a solid with a simple bracelet? Forget that, never shopping with them again!
