DeliveryI was so disappointed with the customer service I got for my recent purchase. I paid extra for express delivery because I needed the item for a wedding coming up, but instead of getting it in two days like promised, I ended up waiting for four days. When I reached out to customer service for an update, they told me they thought my order was suspicious and had to get higher-ups involved. It was so frustrating waiting for so long without any clear communication or updates. Even after sending follow-up emails, I didn't hear back until a week later when they finally refunded me. All in all, I had a bad experience with their customer service and they need to work on better communication.
