Price
I ordered because their sale price popped up and I thought, why not, that was in the evening and I placed the order right away. First impression when it arrived (eventually) was mixed — box dented a bit, tracking had been vague, and there’d been a customs delay that they expected me to sort out, which felt off. So I started annoyed, not the best start.
The real mess was the pricing and the follow-up. I’d originally paid what I thought was the lowest advertised price, then later orders showed different discounts and the site even let me place duplicate orders for the same jacket. When I asked them to honour the original lower price or at least give a courtesy refund on the jacket that was en route, they pushed back. They did offer a token 10% for the trouble, and for a second I almost accepted it and kept things simple. That was the moment I was actually a little satisfied — when they finally communicated a concrete, useful offer rather than vague promises. It wasn’t everything I wanted, but it was something reasonable and tangible.
Still, it wasn’t smooth. The first jacket that arrived was the wrong model and returning it took time and phone calls and emails. The replacement order sat in limbo for a few days, then they told me it wasn’t available, even though the site had let me buy it. I came away feeling like they weren’t really set up to be customer-first. A bit frustrating, a bit disappointing. But I’ll admit the 10% and the free return label made me feel like they tried to fix it — imperfectly, slowly — and that small fix is what turned my mood from flat-out annoyed to cautiously satisfied. Not a glowing endorsement, just an honest one.
