Late-blooming find

Product

ordering was clunky, support meh, delivery slow, but the product itself? Better than I feared, practical and actually enjoyable to use.

Late-night buy, long wait

Returns & Refunds

I was actually excited when I found the jacket — nice photos, looked like what I wanted — and I ordered it because I needed something for a weekend trip that was coming up. Paid right away, thinking that was the end of it. That’s where the good vibes stopped. For about nine to ten days the order never moved into processing; it just sat there while I kept checking. I messaged customer service a few times and kept getting the same kind of canned replies, vague stuff about checking stock and “we’ll get back to you” (which, well, they never really did). After almost ten days I got an email saying the company cancelled the order because the jacket wasn’t available. Fine — except my PayPal still shows the payment as not refunded, even though they cancelled. To top it off I went back to the site later and the same jacket was listed as available again, which made the whole thing feel sloppy and unprofessional, especially for a pricier brand. So first impression of the site and product was good, but the actual buying and follow-up was disappointing and a bit stressful. I’m left annoyed and I won’t be ordering from them again, sadly.

Rough start, mixed finish

Returns & Refunds

I wanted to believe they were just busy, and for a moment I thought it might all get fixed. In the end I got my money back without a fight, but the hassle and the wasted return fee left a bad taste. I won’t trust them for sale items again; I need a retailer that doesn’t cancel orders after the fact.

Gift stuck in limbo

Delivery

So I first saw this on a friend's Instagram story and a colleague had actually tipped me off about the brand; she swore it felt luxe in person, so I ordered it as a birthday gift on November 28 and paid in full. By December 28 it's still in limbo; I have no idea when it'll arrive. I pictured wrapping it, feeling the weight and finish, trying it out — I had pictured wearing it on snowy walks, using it every day, feeling the texture against my skin — but there's nothing to touch. Their '15 business days' guarantee only starts when they hand it to the carrier, not from purchase, which honestly feels backwards. Customer service shrugged, refused responsibility, offered no compensation and still won't give a delivery date. The money is already out of my account, so I'm stuck waiting. Slightly annoyed, a bit amused, and not likely to recommend them after this.

That point when I almost gave up, then paused

Price

I ordered because their sale price popped up and I thought, why not, that was in the evening and I placed the order right away. First impression when it arrived (eventually) was mixed — box dented a bit, tracking had been vague, and there’d been a customs delay that they expected me to sort out, which felt off. So I started annoyed, not the best start.
The real mess was the pricing and the follow-up. I’d originally paid what I thought was the lowest advertised price, then later orders showed different discounts and the site even let me place duplicate orders for the same jacket. When I asked them to honour the original lower price or at least give a courtesy refund on the jacket that was en route, they pushed back. They did offer a token 10% for the trouble, and for a second I almost accepted it and kept things simple. That was the moment I was actually a little satisfied — when they finally communicated a concrete, useful offer rather than vague promises. It wasn’t everything I wanted, but it was something reasonable and tangible.
Still, it wasn’t smooth. The first jacket that arrived was the wrong model and returning it took time and phone calls and emails. The replacement order sat in limbo for a few days, then they told me it wasn’t available, even though the site had let me buy it. I came away feeling like they weren’t really set up to be customer-first. A bit frustrating, a bit disappointing. But I’ll admit the 10% and the free return label made me feel like they tried to fix it — imperfectly, slowly — and that small fix is what turned my mood from flat-out annoyed to cautiously satisfied. Not a glowing endorsement, just an honest one.
