DeliverySo I first saw this on a friend's Instagram story and a colleague had actually tipped me off about the brand; she swore it felt luxe in person, so I ordered it as a birthday gift on November 28 and paid in full. By December 28 it's still in limbo; I have no idea when it'll arrive. I pictured wrapping it, feeling the weight and finish, trying it out — I had pictured wearing it on snowy walks, using it every day, feeling the texture against my skin — but there's nothing to touch. Their '15 business days' guarantee only starts when they hand it to the carrier, not from purchase, which honestly feels backwards. Customer service shrugged, refused responsibility, offered no compensation and still won't give a delivery date. The money is already out of my account, so I'm stuck waiting. Slightly annoyed, a bit amused, and not likely to recommend them after this.
