PriceI recently tried to buy The Savvy Knife during their big Father's Day sale and it was a huge letdown. The website showed a lower price, but when I added it to my cart, it went back to full price. I tried calling customer service, but they were closed. I sent an email and was told to still order, with a promise of a refund for the right amount. Instead of the refund, they sent me a 30% off code for a limited selection of products. This was not what I was told and I'm really let down. Gerber used to be a go-to for me, but after this, I won't be shopping with them anymore.
