CommunicationI just bought a Gerber Dime Multi-Tool that supposedly has a great 25-year warranty. But, I ran into a problem with the spring and tried to get in touch with customer service for help. I sent emails and made calls, but got zero response. No one answered the phone, and it seemed like nobody was there to help. This lack of communication and support totally frustrated me and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole situation.

CommunicationI bought some Gerber stuff not too long ago, trying to expand my collection since I already have a few of their things. But man, I was let down by the customer service or lack thereof when I tried to call and ask about my order. It's just so annoying when a company is all about taking your money, but then drops the ball when you need help or have questions. This whole thing has really put me off and now I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with this brand moving forward.
