DeliveryThis company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, eh. I reached out to them multiple times about an order that's been stuck in shipping status for weeks with no updates. Their responses are slow and unhelpful, and it feels like they're not taking my concerns seriously, you know? I even asked for a refund because of the delay, but they're ignoring me and not giving me any solution. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value their customers or give proper support, eh. I won't be buying from them again.
