Servicetheir website actually had great size charts and the clothes looked well made in photos — that gave me confidence initially. But the slow fulfilment and patchy customer replies outweigh the nice site. I’ve asked for cancellation and a refund, so we’ll see. As a new mom this dragged-out uncertainty is more stressful than it should be.
