Charged, ghosted and refunded-ish

Returns & Refunds

once the refund finally showed, it was whole — just took ages. Frustrating, a little funny, and not something I’ll repeat soon.

Unexpected hassle with a last-minute cancellation

Service

double-check cancellation windows, and if you run into card issues, contact your bank right away or pick a seller with better weekend support.

Missing package, poor follow-up

Delivery

I ordered a few baby basics for my twin nieces using my partner’s account and planned to bring them to a baby shower. Package status said “delivered” and there was a photo, but it clearly wasn’t my doorway — no doormat, different siding — so I left the shower without the gifts. I use these kinds of items daily for feeding and naps, so I was counting on them being there. I contacted customer service right away and then… silence. No updates for days, no acknowledgement, just nothing. The ordering process itself was fine and the stuff seems fine when it arrives, but the delivery confirmation is unreliable and their support team didn’t respond when I needed them. Frustrating and inconvenient, and it did ruin my plan.

Small order, big headache

Service

their website actually had great size charts and the clothes looked well made in photos — that gave me confidence initially. But the slow fulfilment and patchy customer replies outweigh the nice site. I’ve asked for cancellation and a refund, so we’ll see. As a new mom this dragged-out uncertainty is more stressful than it should be.

Half the order showed up, half the patience didn’t

Delivery

great, fast delivery. Then I actually checked the box. Two items. Two missing.
I contacted customer service the same day I noticed. That’s where it got a bit messy. One of the missing pieces was part of a mix-and-match set; they’d shipped half the outfit without asking if I wanted to proceed like that. Worse, they knew one piece was out of stock and apparently didn’t refund it or notify me—at least not until I started a support ticket. So I had to ask for the refund instead of being told it was taken care of. The other missing piece they shrugged off and pushed toward the courier, which didn’t really add up since the package arrived undamaged at the right address. Feels like the problem started at their warehouse, not in transit.
The good news: after I pushed the ticket, they processed refunds for the two items that didn’t arrive—one they admitted they hadn’t shipped, the other they eventually agreed to refund. I’m relieved to have my money back and thankful the issue wasn’t left hanging. Service did resolve it, but only after I chased them; they weren’t proactive.
So where that leaves me: I’m grateful the refund happened, but not confident I’d order again. Delivery and inventory communication need to be better—don’t mark an order complete if it isn’t, and don’t ship half of a set without asking. Sharing this in case someone else is deciding; it turned out okay in the end, but it was a hassle I didn’t need.
