Returns & RefundsI opened the box on day 61 and honestly laughed — not the good kind. I needed a proper chair after moving and my poor lower back, so I was hoping for relief. Instead it was four limp foam blobs in a flimsy cloth cover, no instructions, wouldn’t assemble right and felt like sitting on a grocery bag. They mentioned a 10% discount but it never showed up, and then wanted me to pay return postage. After a heap of emails I gave up and took the $82 hit.
