The stuff itself is fine — just what I wanted, decent fabric, stitching seems solid and the smell wasn’t gross, so I’m relieved. Still, the lack of shipping updates and that slow, vague customer service really soured the experience. If you need something quickly, don’t count on them. If you can wait and aren’t picky about communication, it’ll probably be okay. I’m glad it worked out this time, but next time I’ll shop elsewhere or at least follow up more aggressively.

maybe check shipping timelines or ask for tracking right away. I wanted it to be great. Maybe it still can be, but right now it’s patience and emails, not cuddles. Mildly hopeful it’s a hiccup, but not thrilled.

Wasn't expecting to be relieved, but I am. I ordered several items months ago and it sat "in transit" for weeks. I had to chase them, open a Shopify case and ask for a refund more than once before they actually shipped. When they did ship, the package arrived in under a week and the label even had the correct date, so that part worked fine. The free "gift" was a tiny squeaky thing, useless for my Great Danes. Customer support was slow and felt like copy-paste replies, sometimes awkward from Google Translate. I've had smoother runs with other sellers. I'm glad it finally arrived though, and the main item looks okay. Could be better.

they gave clear return steps and issued the full refund. Took longer than I'd like but the team made it right in the end. Happy I stuck with it.
