CommunicationNot the smoothest buy, but in the end I got what I needed. Order took nearly three weeks and the sizes were off — I followed their guide and still the fit was way too big for my dog’s paw, so first impression was, well, annoyed. Their first reply took almost a week which felt slow compared to other sellers I've used, and they kept suggesting a partial refund while I wanted a return. After pushing a bit they agreed to a proper exchange and the replacement fits. Still cautious, but ultimately satisfied.
