Returns & RefundsMy recent order from that company sucked. I placed an order and then got an email two days later saying my money was being refunded, no heads up or anything about a problem with my order. I had to pay upfront and now I have to wait like 10 days for my money back, which is ridiculous. Plus, the shipping costs were way too expensive. I'm never buying from them again.

Returns & RefundsI was really let down by how much the shipping and return fees cost me as a customer. I get that those costs are needed, but when I sent back my whole order, I thought I'd get my shipping fee back like the law says. But this company didn't follow the rules and didn't refund me like they were supposed to. After two annoying emails, I finally got my money back, but the whole thing left me feeling pretty yucky.
