CommunicationI was happy with the clothing I got from this company, but I was really let down by the customer service and how they dealt with my order. I got an invoice with another customer's private info on it, which means my details are out there somewhere too. That's a big mistake on their end. I've tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times about this, but no one has gotten back to me yet. The fact that they're not communicating and taking responsibility for this is not okay. It's worrying that private info is getting shared incorrectly.
