App & PortalThe store looks really nice and has a great vibe. They have some really cool shoes that you don't see at other stores. I think it's awesome that they do stuff like go to festivals. But, their online store needs some work. The descriptions of the products are off, the shipping costs are high, and you have to pay for returns. Also, the discount codes don't even work! They definitely need to fix these things. Going to the store is fun, but the online shopping needs some serious improvements.
