Forest Essentials - Reviews and experiences

My recent trip to the store in Covent Garden was not the greatest. The staff were really pushy and used high-pressure tactics that made me feel awkward. I couldn't even look at things without them trying to get me to buy something. The boss there even told the girl to ring me up before I even said I wanted anything. I don't like feeling pressured like that as a customer, it just made me uncomfortable. Even though I love Ayurveda, this experience has made me not want to go back to that store.

I recently bought some skin care products from this brand and I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service at the store. I've been a loyal customer for years and always used their products, but the staff's attitude was just so indifferent, it made me feel really discouraged. I go to India often and have been to different places where this brand is sold, but unfortunately, the service has always been below par. When I went to the store at Khan Market in Delhi recently, I was completely ignored by the two staff members who were more focused on helping another couple that came in after me. It's just not right to treat customers like that, and it's making me wonder if I should keep supporting a brand that doesn't appreciate its customers. It's sad to see such a lack of manners and professionalism in a store that prides itself on selling luxury products.
